"Behind every icon is a story to be told"

I am really excited to show you these illustrated icons for my upcoming novel. This will be a blog series where I reveal the character icons one by one. They are simple but impactful and are easy on the eyes. This is made by the talented illustrating artist Artxenth. The art she makes are by using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to make it come to life. The process has been fruitful and collaborative.

One of the chapter icons that is shown up above represents the party known as Lotuchima. The Lotus flower resembles hope & strong bonds . It represents war or tragic events. Which I think is very impactful and creates suspense to the reader.

More information about the history and such in later blog posts. Meanwhile I will continue to micro blog and other articles. I have also a book to do so that will be my main focus.

A simple warrior sword that is broken creates tension, suspense and sorrow. It has a strong profile & symbolism and the artwork is simple but very effective.
