Hello everybody Oskar Cunning here!

I am back again from a break and will slowly but surely update this website. I had to much going on recently and it lead to a burnout. It is important now more than ever to think about your own health, how to handle burnouts and it is important to take a step back and think about what is the most important for yourself to refuel and relax. It is important to remind that you are not alone and that there are many who experience burnouts in different ways or have writers block.

The other thing to know that you are not becoming mad and it is only temporarily. It is also important to seek help from someone. Maybe a friend, family member or someone who have knowledge about burnouts or anxiety.

For me I have started meditation, going on walks and also doing workouts to get the right amount of dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin which is very important to keeping your brain healthy.

I have decided that I will no longer release short stories on my blog and focusing on doing updates and writing my book. The book will also no longer be named The village called Miautown. The world has also changed and evolved to better suit the more mature story, but more about that in the next post.
